Is shopping online with Bowsa Wowsa safe? Yes, very safe. We use SSL (SecureSocket Layer) protection to secure our website. All customer transactions are secured by SSL – 128 bit encryption. Stock/ Restocking We typically update our website product availability everyday. However, we send you an email update & estimated time of arrivalif the item you ordered is backordered. We order a weekly restocking for products that are backordered. Restocking shipment will normally arrive in a couple of weeks from the time we place the restocking order. What is your method of payment? We accept Discovery, American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. We also offer Paypal as a payment alternative. What is your cancellation policy? What is your exchange / return policy? If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Bowsa Wowsa will gladly credit your account for the appropriate amount once the item is returned. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent including anyand all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt. Exchanges can be made within 14 days for the same reasons as above for similar or exact items. Any cost differential will be charged or credited to the account used to purchase the item(s). Shipping charges apply to exchange.Shipping / return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited. No return or exchange for sale items less than $15. At Bowsa Wowsa we pride ourselves in providing prompt service. All in-stock merchandise is processed the next business day and shipped within 3 business days from the time you placed the order. Your order will be delivered in less than 10 business days. We do offer expedited shipping at a higher cost. Some of items may be shipped directly from our distributor, therefore items may be received in separate packages. Shipping to U.S. & Canada Standard Shipping Free shipping on all orders $75 and over. Extra charge will be applied if your order exceeds 2lbs. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority or UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited Shipping Please email customer service for a quote. If you select expedited shipping when you are check out, we will contact you with the shipping cost prior to sending your order. Outside of the U.S. and Canada We ship to most international countries, and the shipping charge International countries is based on the total of your order.
