If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Bowsa Wowsa will gladly credit your account for the appropriate amount once the item is returned. Item(s) must be in the same condition as when sent including any and all product packaging. Items must be returned no later than 14 days from receipt. Exchanges can be made within 14 days for the same reasons as above for similar or exact items. Any cost differential will be charged or credited to the account used to purchase the item(s). Shipping charges apply to exchange. Shipping / return shipping charges cannot be refunded or credited. No return or exchange for sale items less than $15.
