S: collar 10" chest 12.5"-15" (weight: 5-7lbs)
M: collar 11.5" chest 14.5"-19" (weight: 8-12lbs)
L: collar 15" chest 18"-24" (weight: 13-18lbs).
Since dog comes in different size and shape, the best way to determine the right size is by measurement instead of weight. It's alright for collar to be worned alittle looser but the chest strap has to fit
